We will visit your property, to give you an estimate of its value, and arrange to prepare sales particulars. We will instruct a Home Report on your property and guide you through the property questionnaire, before the Home Report becomes “live”.
We will arrange to advertise your property through BSPC, SPC Scotland, OnTheMarket.com and Zoopla as well as marketing it on our own website.
If you are unable to conduct the viewings, we can take care of this for you. We will keep a record of all parties who have visited your property and obtain feedback from them. If necessary, we will set a Closing Date for offers and will guide you through the whole process.
